Inkan Rao Healing Center offers retreat programs, events, and various healing services. All services are subject to availability and may require a deposit or full payment in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Payments and Deposits

All payments, including deposits for retreats or events, must be made in full before the start of the retreat or service. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods outlined on the website. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your registration.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us immediately. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is important to us. We recommend that all participants consult a medical professional before engaging in any plant medicine ceremonies, physical activities, or other treatments provided by Inkan Rao Healing Center. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions or medications you are taking that may affect your participation. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being by joining a retreat.

6. Liability

Inkan Rao Healing Center and its facilitators, staff, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during your stay. You agree to participate in all activities at your own risk and release us from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property
